What is Flo?
Project Flo is a unique fundraising platform designed to empower individuals and communities to bring their creative visions to life. Whether it's building a new school, renovating a hospital, creating a theme park, or any other project that serves the community, we provide the tools for users to share their ideas. Our platform enables users to upload their projects and seek donations, making it easy for supporters to contribute to the realization of these dreams. At Project Flo, we believe in the power of collaboration and community support to transform ideas into tangible outcomes.
How to use Flo
Just go to Flo Forum and add projects in a group section. Your job is to spread your idea and hopefully get people to join the community. In the community we can collectively figure out the details of the project, build locations funding prices and so forth. From there submit your build for approval inside the approval tab, and we will feature it on our home page. Where people can donate. Then share it, get it recognized by the public, get funding, and watch your dreams become reality.

Terms of Service (TOS)
Project Funding: By contributing, you agree that your funds will be used to build the project as described.
ROI: you get a return on investment, even if just $20 you get your percentage of the share once built.
Ownership
You still own it so once built you can sell it. If you invest any amount you own the percentage of the property purportional to the amount. But can only sell once built to deter projects not being built.
Billing: 1.7% of building price is for management services of the website, and organising projects.
Refunds & Unbuilt Projects:
If a project has lost interest and or loosing activity and interest. ( No donations within a 6 month period.)
If no refund agreement is reached, within 4 months, funds will automatically be redirected to other projects in the same category.
Build Locations: Projects are built in the locations specified on the project page.
Or determined by donators.
Content & Use: You agree not to misuse the site, upload harmful content, or violate applicable laws.
Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates indicates agreement.
Privacy Policy
Information Collected: We collect your name, email, payment info, and project preferences for processing contributions and communications.
Use of Information: Information is used to manage donations, send updates, and improve site functionality.
Data Sharing: We do not sell your information. Data may be shared with payment processors or service providers as needed.
Refund & Fund Handling: Payment info may be used to process refunds or reallocate funds to other projects as outlined in the TOS.
Retention: Personal data is stored securely and only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined.
Rights: You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time
